WedPapers sells digital print-ready exports. This policy explains when a refund may be available.
Refunds we can review
Contact [email protected] if you were charged twice, cannot access a paid export, bought by mistake and have not downloaded full export files, or encounter a technical issue we cannot reasonably fix.
Downloaded digital files
Because WedPapers delivers digital files, purchases are generally not refundable after a full print-ready export has been successfully downloaded.
Free proof files are available before purchase so you can check the generated output before paying.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through Creem back to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on Creem and the payment network.
